Sports Massage

Massage therapists blend classic Swedish strokes with such methods as compression, pressure-point therapy, cross-fiber friction, and joint mobilization. It is not meant to be a relaxing massage and, indeed, can become quite vigorous at times. The treatment will be done using a special muscle therapy oil that helps relax the muscle and keep down the inflammation.
